Freshley to give investor presentation at Canada's largest biotech investor conference
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – ANN ARBOR, MI – Sept. 30, 2004 – Ann Arbor-based Genetics Squared, Inc., has been invited to present at BioContact Quebec 2004 on Thursday, October 7, 2004. Genetics Squared's president and CEO, John Freshley, will give an investor presentation at the biotech investor conference at 11 a.m. at Chateau Frontenac in the Place d'Armes room.
Freshley will present Genetics Squared's business approach: seeking to in-license and “rescue” clinical cancer therapies that have failed in initial clinical development due to insufficient efficacy and safety data in the initial patient population. Using its evolutionary drug development™ technology and methods, the company will identify the optimal patient population to re-enter clinical development and eventual market entry.
In addition, Freshley will describe service relationships the company is developing with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies to discover pharmacogenomic profiles of drugs in clinical development or already in the marketplace from multiple therapeutic areas.
